This modern Japanese ramen restaurant in the old city centre of Madrid, was conceptualised around the pillars of traditional and contemporary Japanese architecture. Wood is the connecting element of spaces, this noble material builds the furniture and enhances the horizontal lines while marking a visual route through the restaurant. The furniture transforms and adapts according to the different program requirements.
